The regional editions of RuPaul’s Drag Race are rapidly gaining worldwide popularity, each making a splash wherever it lands. Following the cult, recently Drag Race Germany was released.
In August 2023, Barbie Breakout and Gianni Jovanovic were chosen to serve as hosts and chief judges, respectively. The next day, the addition of a third judge—American fashion designer Dianne Brill—and the September 5 launch date were both announced. On August 15, 2023, the cast was made public and included competitors from throughout the DACH region.

Barbie Q. is a 25-year-old German from Munich. Yvonne Nightstand, 29, of Berlin, Germany, and The Only Naomy, from Cologne, Germany.

Drag Race Germany Episode 4 Recap
The reading challenge was throughout this week. The going was fairly difficult. It was fascinating since it seemed to emphasize how Loreley is being marginalized by the other queens because she has a quieter demeanor and finds it difficult to command attention.
Kelly was crowned the victor, which seemed appropriate. This week’s acting challenge required three-person teams to produce an advertisement. These are challenging tasks since you have to develop a concept, storyboard the idea, and make it humorous.
The queens all exerted their utmost effort. The best performance, in my opinion, belonged to Metamorkid, whose actions were all amusing in a stupid-funny way.
Regarding the judging, Nikita and Pandora came out on top. Nikita won the challenge (which was less evident but acceptable), while Pandora won the runway (which made sense).
It was evident that Loreley would have won if we had only judged it on the runway. But because of her appalling challenge, she placed last, along with Tessa and Lele.
Tessa and Lele make up the Bottom 2 after Loreley is saved by the strength of her runway appearance. It’s challenging to contest that.
