Released in the year 2016, Doctor Romantic encircles the story of Teacher Kim, who used to work at a prominent hospital. However, one day he suddenly disappears and ends up at the hospital in a small village. Away from his past life, Teacher Kim decides to train the young doctors from the hospital. In season two, Teacher Kim arrives at Doldam Hospital with a new doctor with a troubled past Woo-Jin, and a suspended doctor Eun Jae. Finally, Teacher Kim decides to spend his life at Doldam.
Subsequently, in season three, we see that Teacher Kim works hard on his dream to open a Trauma Center in Doldam. However, he always comes across multiple problems in the way of fulfilling his dreams. Two years after season 2, season 3 of Doctor Romantic has finally been released in 2023. What Happened In Last Week Of Doctor Romantic Season 3?
The last week’s episode opened up with Eun Jae remembering her memories with her father from childhood. As her father had done many wrong things when she was growing up, Eun Jae finds her thinking differently of her father and is concerned about if her father made the biggest mistakes of his life or not. On the other hand, Woo Jin get confronts Ha Joon for dropping the pen in Mr. Cha’s office. But Ha Joon does not agree that he did it and says that he researched the suicide because he was curious.
On the other hand, we see Min Guk meeting Teacher Kim regarding the deal that was put forward by Assemblywoman Ko. Min Guk lets Teacher Kim know that he agreed to consider the deal, but Teacher Kim is against it. But Min Guk is thinking about saving the Trauma Centre, and no one wants to work with Mr. Cha, so he thinks of kicking him out of the hospital because he lacks potential; so, he finds it as the best way for the sake of the Trauma Centre.
Teacher Kim is still worried about Assemblywoman’s true intentions in presenting the deal. Teacher Kim opposes Min Guk and tells him that removing Mr. Cha just because of political reasons is wrong. According to Teacher Kim, Assemblywoman Ko has undue intentions about Trauma Centre, so trusting her and her deal may turn out to be a big mistake. As teacher Kim suspects, Assemblywoman Ko calls the Assemblyman regarding her plan to shut down the trauma center and create an eco-city instead.

Woo Jin finds his belongings at the hospital and soon gets a call from Eun Jae’s mother. Even Eun Jae gets to know that Woo Jin’s belongings have been sent by someone at the hospital. When Eun Jae tries calling Woo Jin, he does not pick up and meets her mother at the restaurant. Eun Jae’s mother gets furious after finding that he and her daughter are living together. She harshly tells Woo Jin to leave Eun Jae because he does not have a family.
Later, Woo Jin and Dr. Cha meet over drinks and talk about Woo Jin’s dreams and aspirations. At the Trauma Centre, Seon-ung is asked by Teacher Kim to do the surgery on the patient while he assists, but Seon-ung is scared to perform the surgery, and he lets Teacher Kim know about this. Teacher Kim and Seon-ung then have a conversation about Seon-ung Dr. Cha, and he agrees that he wants revenge on Dr. Cha for how he discriminated against him.
In the end, we see that Min Guk is coming back to the hospital, where is finds Kim Sabu asking him about his meeting with Assemblywoman Ko. Teacher Kim lets Min Guk know about what plans Assemblywoman Ko has for the Trauma Centre. Min Guk understands his mistake and asks Kim Sabu to be the head of the Trauma Center as he knows that Dr. Cha won’t return as he has already resigned. Teacher Kim tells Min Guk that he has a better person for this role, and just after that, Kim’s old mentee Kang Dong Ju is introduced.
