NBA 2K27 is the latest installment in 2K Sports’ long-running basketball simulation franchise, developed by Visual Concepts. The game features the NBA and WNBA, with updated gameplay systems, MyCAREER, MyTEAM and franchise-focused modes designed around a more responsive basketball experience.
The game launches worldwide on September 4, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch 2. Deluxe and Ultra Edition owners receive Early Access beginning August 28, 2026. NBA 2K27 also introduces a skill-based Dynamic Dunk Meter, expanded MyPLAYER customization, Rucker Park and a unified MyTEAM Auction House across supported platforms.
