As the summer fades, so does the shows that big networks put on prime-time schedule while their big guns of series are taking a break from their regular programming. That is the case of the season finale of Crime Scene Kitchen’s sophomore season, a cooking show that brings a twist to those bakery shows we’re all accustomed to.
Hosted by Joe McHale with Curtis Stone and Yolanda Gampp, the show has managed to grab the attention of the audience thanks to its innovative spin on traditional baking, its ingenious challenges, and the charisma of the participants.
Crime Scene Kitchen Season 2 Preview
In each chapter, we’ll see a group of bakers trying to figure out a dessert from the finished product to its bare ingredients. They must figure out how that dessert was made and which ingredients were used, and then, they will recreate the dessert and present it to a group of judges that will pass their evaluation based upon execution, presentation, and flavor.
But that’s only a part of the show because, in the second round, those who did the worst have the chance to survive elimination with another round of challenges.
