All three instalments of Dick Wolf’s One Chicago series, including Chicago Med, have been officially renewed. This ensures that Chicago Med Season 9 will continue to unfold compelling stories within the realm of Gaffney Chicago Medical Center. As integral parts of the One Chicago family, Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, and Chicago P.D. collectively portray a comprehensive world of first responders, often intertwining through crossover moments.
Chicago Med, the third instalment, delves into the lives of medical professionals navigating the challenges of Gaffney Chicago Medical Center’s emergency room. Notably, the series frequently features surprise appearances by familiar faces from Chicago P.D. and Fire.
For Chicago doctors, there is never a dull moment in their lives, and One Chicago viewers have grown incredibly enamoured with the doctors’ and residents’ private lives. Season 8 saw the departure of several Chicago Med cast members, Nick Gehlfuss being the most recent. Gehlfuss was one of the original cast members who portrayed Dr. Will Halstead.

Goodwin is concerned after two of her close friends are hospitalized due to an accident. Archer sees a man who is concerned about a family curse when he returns to Med. A patient is assisted by Maggie and Zola while travelling cross-country.
Regarding Goodwin’s plot, we’re primarily simply happy for her to be receiving one, but based on the trailer, we’re concerned about her grandchild. In between a love interest and some meaty stuff with Marcel on the board, we would say that this is the greatest season she’s had in a while.
It seems as though the authors have made an effort to keep her interested. We’ll just keep seeing some of the other characters in other guises in the meantime.

NBC will air Chicago Med Season 9 Episode 4 on February 7, 2024. “These are Not the Droids You Are Looking For” is the title of this episode. As of this writing, the current season has 13 episodes scheduled; however, based on past seasons, we believe there will only be 22 episodes.
In the US, Chicago Med Season 9 Episode 4 will premiere at 8 PM Pacific Time. Every Wednesday, Chicago Med Season 9 episodes are released. The following are the global release dates for episode 4:
