With the world cup coming to a great end and the Japanese football team getting recognition and worldwide appreciation for their skills, many fans even suspected that the Blue Lock project is real, and to top this off all, the jersey of the team was designed by the designer of the anime itself.
Blue Lock is a very well-executed anime and its aesthetically pleasing aggressive and psychopathic narrative gives people the horrors of obsession, the obsession of success, obsession of being on the top of the mountain of achievements.
It is plot is based on a program in which they trying to find someone heartless for the football team, but it is so much more than that, that it always keeps the viewer at the edge of their seat and leaves them wondering what might happen next.
Just when they think they understand the scene, the frame is bombarded with another cliffhanger. With all the perfectly animated football kicks and tricks, this football series is full of drama and suspense. It falls under the thriller category, so for all those who are missing Haikyuu kinds of vibes, this is it.
Actually many fans have claimed that Blue Lock is better than Haikyuu in many ways, for example in terms of creating that tension and keeping it constant till the end of the episode, having characters that will make you scream in fear just by looking at them.
However, many people still believe that both animes are very nice in their own respective manner but the feeling that Haikyuu or Kuro Kuro Basket created and still carry is unbeatable.

Blue Lock Episode 10 Recap: “Just the Way It Is”
The episode starts with quite a shocking aspect, Team V has been dominating the whole game and manslaughtering all the other teams till now finally coming under the umbrella of defeat. They do serve their comeback against Team Z’s sudden game-changing skills by changing their strategy and getting back in the game.
Team V’s player Nagi attempts an almost impossible goal from a very narrow angle but somehow manages to make it and gives his team a lead. To this Chigiri tries to stop Nagi from getting the ball with the help of Isagi who was already blocking him.
To be in the spotlight everyone is hastily trying to do the goal and to stop others from doing it, In the midst of all this bounding and rebounding the score is in a tie of 4-4. Kuon has a realization in the game that he used to be enthusiastic about soccer but now his overbearing personality is holding back his own team.
After coming back from stoppage time, Nagi tries to make an easy goal but he is wildly stopped by Kuon due to which he is given a red card and taken out of the game. Nagi’s team gets a free penalty kick which just when it was going to touch the net was stopped by Gagamaru.
Isagi receives the ball after the deflection and is ready to try one last opportunity to score the game-winning goal to advance Team Z. Whether or not he scores the goal will be only cleared in the upcoming eleventh episode. This is one of the most gut-wrenching cliffhangers of this anime.
