Recap
The chapter continues with Soh Ikheon again confronting his Soh Woon about the competition and also how he could be a spy for the Blood Demon Cult. There are many reasons that Soh Ikheon doesn’t want Woon to enter the competition, but the main reason that he states is the fact that the latter isn’t going to be using the family’s sword to represent their clan.
Since there is no point in having Woon win with such a method, Soh Ikheon is determined to have the former not participate. In addition to this, he tells Woon that since he may be a spy from the Blood Demon Cult, he must surrender, and then Ikheon will also do a search in his core energy to determine if he is been brainwashed or not.
Soh Woon is relief that Ikheon doesn’t know about his true intentions, but given that there is no way that Ikheon is letting him enter the competition and also wants him to surrender, Soh Woon draws his sword and says that he is forced to fight.
Soh Ikheon starts to overpower Soh Woon at first since it is expected that the former is near his peak and has been stronger than ever. But then Soh Woon uses his special abilities which help him defeat his father with a single move.
As we see Ikheon is lying down defeated, the sword he had started to talk, and he informs Soh Woon that he isn’t Ikheon son’s.
