Back in The Chosen Season 3 Episode 1, we saw the plot starting off at 24 AD. Here, Alphaeus announces that publicans Mathew is his son. The focus then shifts over Jesus in 26 AD where he goes on to deliver the Sermon on the Mount. He was able to impact and resonate his views with almost everyone.
Judas Iscariot has now bid a hearty goodbye to his mentor and set upon a journey to meet with Jesus after the latter was summoned to join them in the force. We use that Jesus asks his followers to take a short break while they are in the ministry.
A woman named Joanna decides to join the cause and support Jesus in the ministry. She has come from Herod’s palace located in Machaerus. Then we see that Andrew and Joanna go to John the Baptizer who is in prison right now and meet with him. As for Yussif, he has recently heard about the entire sermon and thus, decided to write more about the entire record of Jesus about the things that he investigates about him. He then shares the letter of the same with Nicodemus as well as Jairus. The latter has become the new synagogue administrator located in Capernaum.

The Chosen Season 3 Episode 2 release date is on the 18th of December 2022. The episode is titled Two By Two. It will drop out through general access for fans on The Chosen TV website at 7 PM Eastern Time. New general access episodes will be available on the platform every week on Sundays.
