Then we saw that Lisa was already talking to Jack about the future that he had planned. Then in the most recent 3rd episode of the series, we saw that Whitney shares some valuable information about the childhood that she has lived through, and the whole group gets emotional. As for Meredith and Lisa, they make up for a bit but get to bickering about each other again.
Heather is obviously not comfortable regarding the whole issue and calls out Meredith on how she thinks she is above everyone. By the end of the episode, we see that Jen tries to get the group together and even throws Meredith a party, but chaos is inevitable at this moment.
