The primary filming location of the Station 19 series is Los Angeles, California. Other than this, the filming of the series also took place in Seattle’s Station 20, in Queen Anne. The exterior of Station 19, where the cast members are seen working as a firefighter, was shot literally at Station 20. The actual address of this station is 2800 15th Avenue West, located in Queen Anne, Seattle.
The interior of Station 19 is a copy of the interior of the real Station 20. The production team could not shoot in the real Station 20. Therefore, he created a set in a studio in Los Angeles.
The episode where Andy and Maya met for the very first time, was shot at Occidental Square, located in Downtown Seattle. This park is a memorial to those who died performing their duty as a firefighter. The scene where we got to the fires was not easy to shoot. To create the effect of fire, the production team used colored lights, propane, steam, and visuals.

Station 19 Season 4 Cast & Characters
The list of important cast and their characters are as given. One of the main cast is Jaina Lee Ortiz. She played the role of Andrea “Andy” Herrera. She is the daughter of Pruitt Herrera, who was the head of the firehouse. Pruitt Herrera was her inspiration for becoming a firefighter. In the first three seasons, we saw Andy fall in love with his Captain Robert Sullivan. They got married. But at the end of Season 4 and in Season 5 we saw that to prevent her friend’s demotion from Captain, Andy had to work at station 23.
The other important one is Boris Kodjoe. He is playing the character of Robert Sullivan, who is the captain of Statio 19 from season 2. After his wife’s death, he got addicted to opioids due to which he suffered from Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. He and Andy married each other in season 3.
