The pediatrician advises Steve to take formula in addition to his diet because he is not gaining weight quickly enough. Shaun claims that doing overnight feedings will be simpler for him as a result.
Thanks to a new initiative Glassman launched, new residents are moving in. Charlie, a recent resident, too has ASD and talks nonstop until another doctor tells her to stop. Becoming a part of Shaun’s team excites her.
Charlie introduces herself to a patient too slowly. The patient is coughing up shortness of breath and faints. He says he’s all right. The man is eager to get away. For Charlie’s bandage to work, she needs to see the video. Jared claims that the patient’s family wasn’t at ease, though.

Park notices a man suffering from a subdural hematoma. He knows that DOm, one of the new doctors, used to play football. He wants to wager on Asher that Dom will receive an A. Asher says no. Dom passes out when he sees blood.
Later, Asher is giggling at this. Dom enters and extends his apology. He skipped breakfast. He’s amazed by the brain scan results. They find a tumor in the brain.
The man has quartz dust in his lungs, Shaun realizes. Charlie is inspired. The man, according to Shaun, needs a lung transplant. The daughter seems shocked. Charlie makes a list. She wants him to move in with her, the daughter says. He is unwilling to.
Lea requests a prescription for an off-label medication that produces breast milk. She feels like a bad mother and refuses to use the formula. Park claims that the tumor’s placement prevents him from removing it. The patient makes numerous suggestions.
Dom recommends a TCR. The notion appeals to the guy. Park claims that if he ever survives the incredibly difficult procedure, he will probably become quadriplegic. All he has to do is savor his remaining time. Due to his addiction to gambling, he is alone.
Glassman finds it annoying that Lim scheduled a meeting for him, which he is not interested in attending.
Charlie discovers the daughter is an escort after he witnesses her singing a seductive birthday greeting to someone. The woman confesses to being a sex worker when she presses a series of intrusive questions, and she is asked not to inform her father.
Charlie reveals the daughter’s secret through his remarks. Lim tells Park not to allow medical students to speak. She also won’t decide what to do with the patient on his behalf. Lim discovers that Glassman sent a billion parcels to her workplace.
As of right now, the father has canceled the transplant. Shaun claims that Charlie is at fault. According to Jared, Shaun would have erred in the same way in the past. Shaun chooses to stop handing Charlie menial tasks going forward.
