Jason Momoa stars in the documentary series On the Roam, in which he visits amazing people around the nation in a variety of jobs, including athletes, musicians, craftsmen, and motorbike fabricators. The show is a special fusion of art, friendship, and adventure since he sees people from the perspective of an artist. Because, like, we see him in scripted things or it’s a movie or a TV show, but like, this is him unscripted. There’s no disguising; it’s Jason’s heart out there, and he said that they didn’t even edit out the stuff that they should have edited out.
Jason Mamoa is on the back of a motorcycle in On the Roam, and he is just taking the viewer all around the world, in different places, kind of into craftsmen’s homes and their workplaces. He is learning about other humans and their passion for the arts.
Jason said that it’s just his love; his job is to study life as an actor, so his curiosity kind of takes us around the world. They make up some interesting storylines where they go, and they learn more, and they just kind of take on their own. And you watch a heart form within each episode, and they’re pretty emotional, they’re fun, and we as viewers learn a lot. Jason also learned a lot on this journey.
These episodes are very vulnerable and revealing, but at the same time, they’re so much fun, and they do crazy things. Basically, the show has got a little bit of everything in there.
Jason Mamoa seems to be really excited about this HBO series because he says that this will feature him and not some character he has to play. He is also a bit worried about the reviews and how people will receive them. I also hope that people like this kind of stuff so that we can get more such raw content from our favorite actors.
