The Challenge, the popular MTV competition series, is rapidly nearing the completion of its 39th season. Finally, some new information has come to light, and the second season is currently in development. Despite The Challenge: Ride or Die’s unfavorable reviews, The Challenge Season 39 presents a novel viewpoint that might be a welcome change.
Devin Walker and Tori Deal both won their first races after competing in multiple seasons of Ride or Die. Although the season had a compelling dynamic, in the end, not many people found it engaging. People on social media have frequently voiced their displeasure with the show’s over-reliance on its past champions and veterans.
However, the 39th season of The Challenge may show that MTV listens to what its audience has to say. The 39th season of The Challenge has “Redemption” as its theme. The actual concept for the next season differs slightly from earlier reports that said it would have a “New Blood” theme.
Recap
Spoilers state that Hughie Maughan leaves the competition against Kyland Young and returns home. Hearing that Hughie leaves the show early does not surprise us. Episode 2 demonstrated his lack of physical strength, particularly in contrast to Kyland. Kyland seemed to have it all figured out early on if there was a physical elimination challenge.
On the other hand, another scene from episode 3 depicts Hughlie and Corey Lay renewing their partnership. Even though Corey once deceived Hughie, they cooperate in a battle for a new champion. “It’s a blessing to have Hughie here with me in the game,” Corey remarks.
“Since I broke the trust of spies, lies, and allies, I don’t want to betray the trust I spent years building,” Corey claims to be Hughie’s supporter, yet their partnership is insufficient to keep Hughie alive.
Additionally, this elimination round demonstrates that the seasoned mercenaries have not yet joined the competition. They probably show up in episode 5. Another duel between two of the current housewives is shown in Episode 4. Further leaks for The Challenge Season 39 Episode 3 indicate that Melissa Reeves and Berna Canbeldek are developing a major drama.
The two ladies don’t get along because Melissa and Big T Fazakerley have a mean-girl aura to them, and Berna feels like the outsider in the house. After a hot tub party, Melissa and Berna get into a fight, during which Melissa yells at Berna.
“I enjoy doing what I do. Berna says to the camera, “I love dancing; everybody knows that,” in a video that was uploaded to Reddit. Then she sees Melissa and Big T rolling their eyes and glancing at her. She continues, “Like a kind of bullying.”
And I wonder, What’s our location? Do we attend a high school? Big T and Melissa are approached by Berna over the event, but Melissa won’t have it. Melissa says to the camera, “I was bullied severely in schools throughout my entire childhood.” “I had numerous school transfers. I was beaten up and singled out. Since I would never bully someone, I find it upsetting that someone would accuse me of bullying them when I was the target of bullying.
After that, Melissa lashes out at Berna for the charge and makes threats to remove her from the game in the future. Apart from the elimination in The Challenge Season 39 and the dispute revealed in Episode 3, Big T Fazakerley has some interesting news to share. To commemorate Pride, she is coming out.
According to Big T, “Pride is knowing who you are and how you want to be treated.” Additionally, pride simply connotes love to me.
Big T’s night is made more exciting by the other contestants. According to Michele Fitzgerald, “If we’ve learned anything from that community, it’s about being yourself, it’s about having fun, and it’s about owning who you are,” so we can unite under the banner of Pride.
