In the previous chapter of The Time of the Terminally Ill Extra, Karina is excited about her forest trip and decides to pack her stuff up herself. Well, it is odd that she would do it herself, considering she has got maids serving her.
According to her, she didn’t want to bother the maids since she was basically a freeloader at Millaion’s house and did it herself. Having said that, Millaion was definitely very generous to Karina to begin with. He was not even trying to hide how he felt about Karina anymore, and it was glaringly obvious.
Well, of course, the memory was a tad embarrassing, and Karina moved to the window to look at the Knights trying to feed Hestia. She was having a really nice day, looking at how she was smiling and giggling, but well, all good things must come to an end after all.
