M Flow Entertainment’s first love story of 2023, Tin Tem Jai, has started airing its episodes. Revolving around the cheerful boy Tin and his neighborhood crush Park, this Thai BL series is the kind of love that is both lighthearted and impactful at the same time.
This series has been airing since February 27th, 2023, and is based on a novel that goes by a similar name and is written by Taohu Khai. Run Kantheephop Sirorattanaphanit serves as the screenwriter for the show. Run is known for his work, like Ai Long Nhai, which was a hit in the genre. While being the screenwriter, Run is also one of the main protagonists of this series.
Both the cast members are from well-known BL dramas like TharnType. The production company behind Tin Tem Jai is M Flow Entertainment. The plot of the show revolves around Tin and Park, two childhood friends who later become closer friends.
While Tin is head over heels for the older neighborhood guy Park, his love remains one-sided due to their age difference. This causes Tin to do everything he can to get Park to have feelings for him. With actors like Run and Tiger, this drama has good chemistry along with suitable roles for each actor. Tiger plays Tin effortlessly and manages to lighten the mind whenever he shows up on the screen.
As for Run, there’s no denying the fact that he has a charm of his own, which we were also able to see in Tharntype and Coffee Melody. Asides from Tin and Park’s love story, Tin Tem Jai will also have two other stories going side by side with the main one.
The 12-episode series will cover the gist of the novel, although it’s not sure whether Tin Tem Jai will have another season later. If you’re looking for a BL drama that has similar characteristics to My School President, Tin Tem Jai is the way to go.
