- Yeonjun has been really popular in his school too. He has even spent his elementary school time in San Jose, United States. Being a friendly and outgoing person, the idol used to have so many friends at school. As he often had to transfer to different schools throughout his childhood, his friends used to cry during his farewell.
- Before becoming a trainee at Big Hit, Yeonjun used to be a trainee at Cube Entertainment. Auditioning for Big Hit, the idol trained for four years in the new company. Known as Big Hit’s most legendary trainee, Yeonjun has always ranked first in monthly dance, vocal, and rap categories during his time as a trainee. According to the fellow trainees, even if two trainees had gotten the first rank, Yeonjun was always the first one. He was even the first member of TXT that the company went on to announce.
3. But there are rumors that before switching to Big Hit in the year 2014, Yeonjun was a part of some other company. As there’s a good three-month gap between the he left Cube Entertainment and joined Big Hit. Which company he was a part of or if he was actually training or taking a break is still a secret. 4. Before making his idol debut, Yeonjun has already made his TV debut. And it was with one of the things he loves the most i.e. ramen. Not long ago, an old commercial of Jin Ramen featuring Yeonjun surfaced on the internet. Even though the commercial wasn’t that old, the Yeonjun we saw in the video was adorable. Appearing in an interview with GQ Korea, Yeounjun also went on to recreate the commercial with Soobin.
