Patrick Stewart is one of the few actors who received the honorary title of “Sir” by OBE. 1. Green Room 2015 – Movie:
This American horror-thriller centers around a punk band who find themselves under an attack by neo-Nazi skinheads. The band “Ain’t Rights,” consisting of Pat, Sam, Reece, and Tiger witnessed a murder during their trip to the Pacific Northwest. After the cancellation of their gig, a radio host arranges a new show for them in a rural area outside Portland through his cousin Daniel. However, as they arrive at the venue, they realize that it’s a neo-Nazi skinhead bar. They decide to go on with the show. However, they soon find themselves in the middle of a scene of violence. They are now the targets of violence from the skinheads who want to eliminate everyone from the band.
2. Logan 2017 – Movie:
Logan is one of the most popular and successful movies of Patrick Stewart. The movie tells the story of 2029, when no mutants have been born in 25 years. Now, as Logan is getting on with his age, he discovers that his healing ability is deteriorating. He works as a limo driver in Texas. Logan meets Charles Xavier, who now has dementia that causes him to have destructive seizures. Logan starts taking care of Professor X. As Logan plans to hide from the outside world, he meets a young mutant, Laura, who is very much like him. Logan starts protecting her after he agrees to escort her to Edem, a refuge “up north” across the border.
3. Conspiracy Theory 1997 – Movie:
The movie centers around an eccentric taxi driver, Jerry Fletcher. He is the type of paranoid person who believes that many world events happen due to government conspiracies. Jerry later gets involved with Alice Sutton, the Justice Department attorney. He observes her from afar, and Alice permits his affection because he once saved her from a mugging. However, a deranged Dr. Jonas captures Jerry to run psychotic tests on him. Jerry realizes that this is an actual conspiracy and manages to escape from there. Upon escaping, he seeks Alice’s help. However, she wonders whether Jerry actually encountered a threat or he is just insane.
4. Safe House 1998 – Movie:
Safe House is an independent American thriller movie. Patrick Stewart plays the role of a former government agent Mace Sowell. Mace sets out to kill his former supervisor as the former believes that he is making a bid for the United States presidency. However, he has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, which leads his daughter to dismiss his paranoia. However, Mace struggles to defend himself from the threats to his life. As he holes up in his home and fills it with intense security, his daughter decides to hire a psychiatrist for him.
5. Eleventh Hour 2006 – TV Mini-Series:
Eleventh Hour is a 4 episode mini-series that aired between 19 January 2006 and 9 February 22006. The series chronicles the adventures of Professor Ian Hood. He is a special advisor to the Joint Sciences Committee of the government. He overhauls the threats that stem from or target scientific endeavors. A special branch operative Rachel Young joins him as his bodyguard. This was required since Ian Hood made a lot of enemies through his work.
6. Moby Dick 1998 – TV Mini-Series:
Moby Dick is an adaptation of Herman Melville’s 1851 novel of the same name. This 2 episode series stars Patrick Stewart as Captain Ahab, who is in charge of the ship “Pequod.” Ahab is obsessed with finding and killing Moby Dick – a whale. He wants to take revenge on the whale that bit off one of his legs.
