Impressed by Eugene’s bravery and strength, the defeated Demon King asked Eugene what he wished for and that he would fulfill his wish before he died. Eugene’s only wish was to have a family, so the Demon King had Eugene reincarnate 2000 years into the future in the body of Julius, a young and incompetent noble.

In the previous chapter, we see that ever since Julius defeated a Demon in the martial arts competition, the demons have split into two factions. One faction wants to defeat humanity with Julius’ help and rule the world with him as their king, and the other faction wants to kill Julius and defeat him but wants to avoid a direct confrontation with him. One of the low-ranking demons decides to sneak into Julius’ house and take advantage of the weakest link.

The demon enters Gaias’ room using his Stealth Kill technique which makes his presence undetectable. The demon pulls his claws out and strikes Gaias, who barely manages to avoid it and get out of bed.

When Gaias asks why the demon is here, the demon replies that he is here to exploit Julius’ weakness – which is his younger brother. The demon is about to kill Gaias when Julius appears and begins fighting the Lycan.

Julius kills the Lycan with one blow and rushes over to heal Gaias’ wounds. Just as he’s done, a huge meteorite appears out of nowhere and crashes into Julius’ house. Julius stops the meteorite using his Time Stop technique and reverses the time by a few minutes before the meteorite crashes.

Using Maou-chan, the demon king Venomzard as a sword, Julius makes the meteorite vanish for good without leaving any fragments at all.
