This series is an animated show inspired by Sonic the Hedgehog video game, and it is an eight-episode long series with each of them being a packet full of surprises and nostalgia at its maximum anime main character kind of power. The news of the consequent season is gaining motion again.

Sonic Prime Season 1 Episode 8 Summary: “There’s No ARRGH In “Team”
Nine finds himself being forced to hand over his Shatter Drive Technology to the Chaos Council after being imprisoned by them to allow them to utilize it to rule the whole Shatterverse. After completing their takeover, they plan to kill Sonic.
However, Nine convinces them that because the Shard only provides them with a small quantity of Prism energy, they would need Sonic to use his extra supply to transport their whole fleet beyond the Shatterverse. They emphatically agree with this.
Rusty Rose and a submarine full of Badniks assault Sonic and his companions under No Place in the meantime. Despite their best efforts, the pirates have made very little progress in their defense.
Rusty proceeds to give the command to demolish the ship after letting a robot scan and reproduce the Shard navigation hack on Sonic’s sneakers in the hope that she will find the Prism, but suddenly restrains and commands the Badniks to stop down after sighting her Pirate doppelganger, Black Rose.
The pirates’ ship begins to collapse as the submarine heads toward The Devil’s Watchtower. Knuckles the Dread is convinced to come back by Sonic.
When Knuckles realizes that accomplishing what he started but didn’t finish will help him regain his image as a dreaded pirate, he takes charge once more and orders his men to utilize buoyancy aids to maintain the ship floating.
In an attempt to catch up to the Council’s submarines and engage it in the fight, they sail to The Devil’s Watchtower at high throttle as Knuckles the Dread spin dashes his way there.
They do this by avoiding the boulders and getting closer to the Council’s submarines. Before heading to the Devil’s Watchtower, Sonic, as well as the pirate, beat Rusty and the advancing Badnik army.
