MasterChef Australia Season 15 Episode 35 release date is what makes fans curious right now. The series throws light on a culinary reality TV series where we see various contestants from the continent coming in to compete for the title of MasterChef.
The series is set within the MasterChef franchise, which first started back in Britain and now expands globally. Network 10 has produced the show for their channel. Right now, the judges for the same include Andy Allen as well as Melissa Leong, and Jock Zonfrillo.
Andy Allen happens to be the winner of the series in the 4th season. He later even appeared in various other episodes of MasterChef. Melissa Leong is a food critic and writer, and cookbook editor from Sydney in New South Wales. Back in 2020, she was even named the sexiest person of the year by Who Magazine.
The third judge Jock Zonfrillo is a Scottish chef. He is also a restaurant. He started his career in the food industry when he was just 12 years of age and has climbed his way up the ladder since.
Back in MasterChef Australia Season 15 Episode 31, titled Surprise Mystery Box Challenge, we saw the contestants joining in for their next round. They were required to cook a dish in 75 minutes of time. It could be literally anything but should have a mystery ingredient that generally does not go with the dish that they are making.
MasterChef Australia Season 15 Episode Recap
Upon tasting, it should surprise the judges and should be totally unexpected. The top two dishes were later prepared by Declan and Rue. The formerly prepared green curry choux buns. As for Rue, she made a white chocolate mouse with passionfruit gel. Her dessert was shaped like an egg.
Coming to Melissa, we saw that she made a lemon and vanilla cake with berry compote. The judges were not very impressed with the same and labeled it all too basic. The presentation was faulty as well because the cake proved to be too dry, and the compote, which was supposed to ooze out of the bread, actually did not.
Coming to Ralph, he decided to go with a cinnamon parfait which was accompanied by salted caramel and apple compote. Well, the judges said that the flavors of it all accompanied each other really well. The caramel was very less, along with the fact that it was supposed to ooze out but didn’t.
Last but not least, we saw that Rhiannon made a Thai-flavored chicken ballotine along with fondant potatoes. Her presentation skills really impressed the judges, who liked how the dish looked from the outside. Upon eating, they found out that the mousse was overcooked. Now that Malissa, Ralph, and Rhiannon were the ones whose score was on the bottom, they were sent to have a pressure test.
