As for the others, they are not too happy with the entire pace of the movie and the way it developed. As for the gross profit of the film, it actually did not serve a lot at the box office.
The film starts with Orson, who has recently joined a corporate company called The Authority. He is not able to focus properly, and his deskmate Rakesh is from a different culture; thus, it is difficult for him to interact with him. One day, he enters a room that no one else seems to know about and says that it does not exist.
The place is mostly empty except for a desk and chair. When our lead sits down on the same, he starts to feel a sense of boldness and power that makes him work better. It helps him rise above the corporate ranks in The Authority.
Despite the fact that Orson has now started to make a lot of money and is continuously becoming successful, things are not going really great in his personal life. He has become totally isolated from his peers and family members and started to question his own self and reality. Also, the company is actually not what he initially thought it would be and is totally corrupt.
Corner Office Ending Explained
Corner Office ending is open to everyone to comprehend on their own. By the end of the film, we see that Orson gets fired from his position at The Authority. The reason for this is stated to be his unorthodox behavior towards work. His higher-ups tell Orson that he is not a team player and gets a lot more disruptive than he should have.
This really makes him sad and devastated at one point. Although, Orson soon realizes that he is no longer chained to the job that felt like a trap to him. Now that he is free from this jail that put him emotionally on a huge halt, Orson can now pursue dreams and goals that he actually wished for.

He is wearing his old company uniform, but we know deep down he is not the same person he once used to be. Now that he has seen a lot, Orson has become more confident and self-assured in himself to start a brand new chapter of his life.
The ending of the film signifies change and how it is possible to escape corporate life or even the one where an employee feels stuck and not at ease. It also focused on hope and how there is always a better opportunity waiting for us at every step.
