Taxi Driver Season 2, one of the most anticipated dramas by Kdrama fans this year, stars Lee Je-hoon, Pyo Ye-jin, Shin Jae-ha, and more. The series, whose storyline is inspired by actual crimes that shook humanity, gained success and was praised for its storyline and performance.
The second season of the drama premiered on February 17, 2023, and has had fans on grip like the previous season with twists and unexpected victories; the drama is finally reaching its culmination. Before revealing the release date of the final Episode, let us take a look at the events that unfolded in the latest Episode.
Taxi Driver features Lee Je-hoon as Kim Do-ki taking revenge for people who were unfairly treated by society and even the justice system. He was recruited into Rainbow Taxi company (which they use as a disguise to take revenge) by Jang Sung-chul.
The revenge team also includes Ahn Go-eun, Choi Kung-goo, and Park Jin-eon. All of these people had lost one of their family members to vicious crimes, and now they take revenge for other people who are wronged.

Oh Ha-jun and his cult members pick up the Bishop from the airport, and he conducts a private Prayer for the Black Sun and its key members. Meanwhile, Do-gi, who wakes up in the hospital, discusses what happened and talks about the pen he was able to sneak out; the pen was given to Detective Choi by Young-min.
Along with Young-min, he watches clips of the night of Detective Park’s murder that were recorded in pen. After finding his colleagues handing over the drug that was confiscated drugs back to the black sun and partying with the Black Sun members, Detective Choi tries to arrest them but fails.
He got forced to drink the same drugged alcohol as Do-gi. It, then, shows how Detective Choi walks to his death. From the video, they also get a clue that leads to the gym membership Detective Choi took for Young-min. In the Gym locker, they find the evidence needed to bring Black Sundown.
Back at the headquarters of Rainbow Taxi, Go-eun fills in the team with more info on the nature of the drugs. She informs them that the drug sold in the Black Sun is GHB (Gamma-Hydroxybutyric Acid), aka Rape Drug.
Meanwhile, at Black Sun, Ha Jun promises to send back the remaining drugs. He soon comes to know that Do-gi is alive and is worried he will blow up the task. He reports this to the Bishop, who advises him to go ahead with the mission.
While transporting the drugs, Ha-jun’s team faces a problem, but he asks them to proceed without making any last-minute changes. Finally, the drugs reach their destination, but Ha-jun still can’t believe Do-gi didn’t mess up their plan.
The drugs are supposed to be smuggled internationally, and the smugglers fill the club. Then, CEO Yang arrives and announces that the drugs were replaced by flour; soon, the smugglers in the club start fainting. We see that the Jin-eon and Kyung-goo replaced regular alcohol with drugged alcohol.
Do-gi watches all this go down from the VIP area and makes eye contact with Ha-jun. We see a flashback that shows how the Rainbow Taxi crew could pull this off. The cops raid Black Sun; Ha-jun escapes while vowing revenge.
In the epilogue, we see Do-gi on his way to pick up his new client, who turns out to be the Bishop.
