Karkanis was brought up in Toronto after being born in Alberta. She has Greek and Egyptian ancestry. She began acting in an episode of 1-800-Missing in 2005, and since then, she has appeared in a number of Canadian television programs in guest-starring, repetitive, and frequent roles. She also frequently voiced characters in Total Drama: Vengeance of the Isle, MetaJets, and Skyland. In Crazy Kratts, she performs the voice of Aviva Corcovado on a routine basis.

Why Did Athena Karkanis Decide To Leave Manifest?
Grace soon experienced Angelina’s consequences for what she believed to be her mistreatment of her. Athena Karkanis Will Be Back In Season 4.

Cal also refuses to fall for Angelina’s deception in Season 4 once she poses as Grace to allow him to quit fighting his cancer. Rake said he was pleased to work with the Canadian starlet once more, even though it’s unclear if Athena will return as a genuine Grace or a fake one in upcoming Manifest episodes.
