Jinny’s Kitchen Episode 6 Recap
Seo Jin and the remainder of the team saw a significant increase in their company’s turnover in the previous episode of Jinny’s Kitchen. There were hardly any seats left for the waiting patrons, as customers arrived every minute!
With the bustling atmosphere, the restaurant reached its ideal daily revenue target of 30.000 pesos. Seo Jin decided to shut Jinny’s Kitchen for the day after observing how worn out and exhausted his team members were. This meant that they could all do whatever they wanted the next day.
All participants slept in on their leisure days and were laid back. They chose to move because they were worn out from the arduous labor they had to do yesterday. Yu Mi was the first to board the kayak as they all engaged in some early exercise, but Seo Jin spent most of his time quietly watching his football game.
Following the exercise, Seo Jun and Taehyung strolled and stumbled across a dock while Woo Sik headed kayaking. Seo Jun and Taehyung walked and played in the ocean close to the pier and relished their rest day to the fullest with Woo Sik and Yu Mi.
On the other side, Seo was the last to board a kayak when he finally decided to get up from his chair. He brought two bottles along to keep himself hydrated on the ride, and they all ate supper together after returning home.
The following day, Seo Jin introduced freshly extracted fruit juice to their offering! They walked to the market with Woo Sik to purchase their morning ingredients. Seo Jun and Taehyung began frying the chicken and mineral rice as Yu Mi prepared her bibimbap station. They were disappointed that business could have been more brisk than they had anticipated.
What can we expect from the upcoming episodes?
Chaos and tension will be present in the next episodes because nobody’s customers have entered, and Seo Jun’s level of dissatisfaction is rising. How will the other members manage to live in this hostile environment?
While the fried chicken and a loaf of bread were so full that they would have to push one another to eat them if there were no customers, Taehyung had consumed four glasses of lemonade while they had only sold three.
Three clients have stopped by their establishment since it opened at 2 in the afternoon. Woo Sik even went to hand out flyers to promote the shop but returned empty-handed because there was little of a crowd during the week.
Due to a lack of patrons, the kitchen had to close and take a break. Following their break, they waited and prayed that someone might arrive craving something Korean!
