She then questions the other man regarding his period of custody.
In the other case we saw the plaintiffs Aaron May and Dawn Brewer. They said the defendant is their current landlord and they’re in a huge feud. And they have turned to this court for help in recovering the money owed to them. The defendant has stolen their electricity, the kitchen sink leaks, and they’re tired of hearing drip drip drip all night. They’re here seeking a rent rebate of three thousand dollars, and they are suing for just that today.
Then there was the defendant Warren, she says yes, there was a very small leak in the kitchen sink, but it was fully functional while she worked on getting it repaired. These plaintiffs were nitpickers from the day they arrived, complaining the air filters and the units weren’t picking up, and even though the air filters were other tenants’ responsibility, she changed them at her own expense. While nice girls finish last because nothing she does makes the plaintiffs happy. She’s accused of teeing off a tenant.
