We become familiar with some of the characters at the start of the film. Chris, Natalie, and Amanda are them. They all traveled to Europe, and they are currently all residing in Ukraine. Paul, Chris’s brother, resides here. To meet Paul, they are all currently in Ukraine.

People were consequently compelled to depart the town overnight, and the city was thereafter deserted. For a few hours, Paul intends to give this metropolis a tour. No one initially concurred, but eventually, everyone did.

They seek Uri, a tour guide, who will assist them in leading this rigorous excursion. Uri served in the Special Forces in the past. Nothing to be terrified about, he claims. He assured everyone by saying that he had previously led tours for several individuals from that location.
This time, they also encounter Michael and Zoe, two more people. Uri drove everyone to the destination in his van after picking them up. They traveled for several hours before reaching the Chernobyl Explosion Checkpoint.
They were halted there by the soldiers. Uri claimed that the city had been abandoned, which startled everyone. However, the military claims that because maintenance is ongoing there, visitors are not permitted. Naturally, it is surprising that a deserted city is still being maintained. Turning them around, Uri enters Pripyat by a different route. On this road, there are no military patrols. Unimpeded, they enter the city.
They eventually arrive at the side of a river and spot a mutant fish. Even after spending a long period in the water, the fish was still alive. Although it wasn’t a piranha fish, it had teeth that were quite large.
They departed from the area and started to walk deeper into the city. This time, there are a lot more of these dreadful fish floating in the river. This indicates that nuclear radiation has had a severe impact on the local wildlife, including fish and birds, which have started to mutate.
After spending a considerable amount of time around the city, Uri eventually led the gang to a higher floor of a larger building. You can view the Chernobyl nuclear power plant from here. Everyone there took pictures.
A bear suddenly raced away in front of them after some time. He appeared to be fleeing in fright when he saw the bear. Surprisingly, nobody asked how a bear could scale such a height. To leave the location, they all got in the car. Uri, however, observed that the car’s inside cables were frayed. It appears to be an animal’s handiwork. He attempted radio communication but received no signal. So he chose to stay there overnight.
While they awaited the radio transmission, they all blocked the car’s door and window. Uri claimed he would have to go to the city if assistance wasn’t available in the morning. There will be 20 to 22 kilometers of road in all.
They overheard a girl crying later, at about midnight. Uri emerges with a gun as you wait. Chris pursues Uri as well. A couple of gunshots were heard later. Chris returned to the car with his injuries shortly after. He declares Uri dead. They hear several different noises at night, and at one point, some dogs attack their car. Everyone believes that these dogs killed Uri.
