The start of the winter season means more than just long nights, warm clothes and hot coffee for anime fans. It also marks the new season of animes releasing throughout the season of winter 2023. With so many titles lined up for this season all the anime fans are going crazy.

With all these huge titles releasing, in between there is a little Isekai anime also returning with its season 2, The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made. The fans have waited for almost more than a year for the second season and they are getting it earlier than expected.
The anime adaption for this series is taken up by the studio Hotline and they produced the first season back in October 2021. Hotline is releasing the second season of The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made early this year after making some staff changes.

About Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made
Shinka no Mi: Shiranai Uchi ni Kachigumi Jinsei is the Japanese name for The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made. It also has a light novel series with the same name written by Miku and illustrated by U35. The Manga of this anime is illustrated by Sorano and is serialized since late 2017. The manga contains a total of around 38 chapters and is still ongoing with weekly issues.
Fruit of Evolution is a story about a high school kid who is transported to an isekai world with low stats and weak abilities. Unlike his other classmates who are summoned as heroes in a kingdom to defeat the demon lord, our main character Seiichi Hiiragi is summoned in the middle of the jungle.
There Seiichi sees a weird fruit called the evolution fruit. It then revealed that the fruit upon eating increases the overall stats of a person making him powerful. Fruit of evolution isn’t the first anime to deal with powers after eating a certain thing, we have the infamous Deku eating hair for his powers.
One thing should be kept in mind though, that one should consume only 10 of these fruits. If this limit exceeds the person will die.
Seiichi over the months ate around 9 evolution fruits and is looking better than ever before with insane stats. It’s when he meets a giant pink gorilla who wants to fight him. After their battle, the gorilla reveals herself as Saria. She takes Seiichi away saying that she wants to marry her.
In an attempt of escaping Saria, Seiichi gets into a cave. Inside the cave, he finds a skeleton who is trying to kill him. Seiichi succeeds in killing the skeleton and releasing both the skeleton and Saria from their curse. Saria then transforms into a beautiful girl. From this point onwards, Seiichi continues his adventures with Saria in the world he was summoned to.

The Fruit of Evolution Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made Season 2 was announced in April 2022 and was confirmed later in November 2022 by the announcement on the official anime website. The Fruit of Evolution Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made Season 2 Episode 1 is all set to be released on 14th January 2023.
