The Oval Season 4 Episode 9, “Out Of Line,” is just around the corner, and we expect yet another good stance from this soap opera. The show has a small fanbase and isn’t exactly popular or high-rated, but it is a hit for those who love Secrets, Power, and Revenge. It infers the life of the influential class in the United States, the people inside The White House.
It presents the story of U.S. President Hunter Franklin (Ed Quinn) and his wife, First Lady Victoria Franklin (Kron Moore). They are an interracial couple with the deepest hunger for power, with an illusive appearance for the outer world. Everyone has the basic idea that things don’t go as they seem when you are in the government. This Tyler Perry show depicts how things go and what backdoor deals happen.
What a literal rebel performance by Paige Hurd as Gayle Franklin and Daniel Croix as Jason Franklin. Surrounded by greed, scandal, sex, betrayal, and conspiracies, let us see what happened in Episode 8, “It’s Over.” If you are more interested in more government politics content, you can always watch Designated Survivor and House of Cards. Though they are not as scandalous and sexual, the storyline is great.
The Oval Season 4 Episode 8 “It’s Over”: Recap
Episode 8 was total craziness, beginning with Dale and Allan planning near their camp. Kyle asks an angry Dale to come with him, but instead, he denies it and expresses to hit him. Kyle then asks a hiding Allan to come out of the tent since he wants to protect him from being arrested. They go on to meet the Chief of Staff.
A drunk Lily walks in on Donald and Victoria and asks about their plans. Victoria repels with “a Matter of National Security” and threatens that she would have to kill her after that. Lily discloses that Kyle already tried that by waterboarding her on Donald’s order, and Victoria didn’t know. Victoria says that if they wanted her dead, they would have got it done. She demonstrates what having power looks like.
Bobby and Max go to talk to Sharon, but instead, they get the information that the President is out with some “guy.” They want Sharon to record her calls and chats with the President and then use it to make an inescapable case against him. However, Sharon rejects the proposal for how long. Will his drug abuse be the cause of his going down?
Everyone in The Oval wants power, no matter who they have to bring down, which makes it even more interesting. Dale buys a gun, and Barry disappears with no trace. Hunter talks to Donald on the phone and threatens him as if he is playing a game. Moreover, it seems he thinks Donald and Victoria are in bed together, and the way Donald sounds it is not convincing.
Victoria resolves the issue with Jason, but the Vice President has proof that he did it. Victoria confronts Hunter for everything he’s doing, whores, drugs, murder, and assassinations. In the end, Kyle and Allan get into the accident.
