About The Show
As mentioned earlier that Bergara and Madej gained fame when they were the investigator in BuzzFeed Unsolved. They used to solve the mysteries with some comedy twist. That was the reason that the show got famous because of the pair’s chemistry and perfect comedy timing. They had to investigate most of the darkest and rare cases, and while doing so, they always made fun of each other whenever they had a chance.
Black Dahlia Murders, the drowning of Natalie Wood, the disappearance of DB Cooper, the death of Princess Diana, and the assassination of John F Kennedy are some of the major examples of the case they have solved previously, but the most famous case is known as The Watcher. It was a case that involved some mysterious figures who used to send some disturbing letters in a series to a family living on Westfield, New Jersey, at 657 Boulevard.
The title given to them was The Watcher. Most people thought that it was a prank to gain some attention from the homeowners, but some consider that it could be darker. This case was regarded as a best case solved by this pair in BuzzFeed Unsolved, which led to renewed interest Netflix also created the show that came out in 2022 based on their series only full stop. The show was also titled The Watcher.
And taking inspiration from this case, they made a YouTube channel for themselves and named The Watcher. Ghost Files, the spiritual successor to BuzzFeed Unsolved: Supernatural, is also a spin-off of Mystery Files. Late last year saw the debut of the first season of that terrifying ghost-hunting show, which will soon return for a second season.
Bergara and Madej consistently manage to make people laugh while blending their sharp humor with insightful, well-considered analysis. Fans of them can therefore assume that Mystery Files will provide another lethal delight. The first season of ghost files was loved by fans all across the world.
In the season, we witness that Bergara and Madej were out in search of new locations, including seemed Ignatius Hospital and Alcatraz. They also carried on the classical hunt. They are no more the same old investigators, and their ways have advanced. They have grown wiser, and their methods of investigation have also been refined.
You will see the use of the SLS Camera, which is a more advanced means of investigation to find out the location of masses. The show has improved because of this addition. In the upcoming season, fans can expect the humor to be even better, and we will see Madej in the lead role of the new series. Mystery Files is in line with Buzzfeed’s Unsolved: True Crime.
The series aired from 2016 to 2021. If you have seen True Crime, this series would feel familiar to you. The only thing that would not be the same is the fact that it won’t be much about dark cases but humor and hilarious things.
