The bodies of those infected with Oripathy crystallize and become another source of the infection at death. Because of this, those people who have contracted the disease are shunned by society and the government and are subject to forced labor and segregation.
The infected people who are oppressed have begun to fight back and rebel. During this time, a pharmaceutical company named Rhode Island started developing a cure for the disease and, along with that, began taking up arms to save the planet and all its inhabitants from the clutches of the disease.

The name of Arknights: Prelude to Dawn episode 6 is “Farewell”. Here is a short preview of what happens in episode 6. In this episode, when the Doctor’s group brings Misha to the L.G.D and Ch’en, Ch’en decides to give all the details to Misha. She tells Misha that Misha’s father, Sergei, was the leading scientist in Chernobog. Because of this, the Reunion wants to capture her, and that is why the L.G.D is bringing her under their protection.
