Dirty Jobs Season 10 Recap
Mike Rowe works with Aboriginals who have lived off the land on Australia’s northern coast for over 40,000 years. Mike is mute while working with tribal leadership and hunting (yes, hunts).
Mike Rowe collaborates with the Australian company “Snakes Away” to capture a dangerous Eastern brown snake without being bitten, then joins a posse of local “toad busters” in their fight against the cane toad, a non-indigenous species that is wreaking havoc on the local ecosystem.
Mike sets out on a journey down the Adelaide River in search of the crocodile, one of Australia’s most dangerous creatures. He helps a scientist pump the wild crocs’ stomachs and study their vomit after wrangling them into the boat.
Mike and his team travel deep into Australia’s Outback in quest of opal miners. Then, on top of an already filthy experience involving dangerous work and extreme heat, a fly infestation threatens to halt production.
Mike moves to New Mexico to work for the Department of Game and Fish as a Fish Squeezer. Then he flies to Virginia to use pet acupuncture on a goat named Lilly. Mike relocates to a remote hamlet outside Moab, Utah, to pursue a paleontology job. The millennium seed project harvests and stores flora seeds in preparation for natural disaster reconstruction.
