Better Call Saul Season 6 Episode 11 Recap
In flashbacks from 2008, Saul hires Walter White and Jesse Pinkman as clients in Albuquerque. Saul believes that Walter White is “Heisenberg,” the chemist responsible for the extremely pure blue crystal meth being sold on the street. Saul is informed by Mike that Walt has terminal lung cancer and is urged not to assist him, but Saul nonetheless chooses to approach Walt and suggest a partnership at the high school where Walt teaches.
In 2010, Gene calls Francesca, who informs him that Kim once called inquiring about Jimmy and that the FBI has seized the majority of Saul’s assets. Gene tries to call Kim in Florida, but for some reason, the call upsets him emotionally. Gene then recruits Jeff and Buddy for a new con in which Gene gets their target intoxicated, Jeff drives them home while providing them with water laced with barbiturates, and Buddy breaks into the house to take pictures of the target’s IDs, cards, money, and financial documents that they can later sell for a profit. When their latest victim revealed he had cancer, Buddy backed out of the con. Gene then cut him out of the activity and made Jeff drive him to the man’s house, where he broke in.
Better Call Saul Season 6 Episode 12 Spoilers
The next episode of Better Call Saul must set us up with the series finale conclusion. Our main protagonist has been acting erratically lately, he’s nervous and wants to start another con job. Is he about to skip town? Or is this next job the beginning of his demise? We’re about to see what’s going to happen with him. As for the upcoming episode’s title, “Waterworks”, maybe it’s a coded reference to where Kim Wexler currently works, a sprinkler shop in Palm Springs, Florida, or something related to tears, or maybe something else.
After all, Vince Gilligan has always been very tongue in cheek with titles and episodes. Remember just how graphic was “Boxcutter” in Breaking Bad with that scene with Giancarlo Esposito playing Gus Fring with that boxcutter knife? So, it’s all up for grabs. In any case, we’re in for a ride.
