K-pop is now really a global phenomenon due to its mindblowing songs, dance, producing, and MV Shooting, as well as the ongoing hard work and presentation of stunning South Korean performers who spend years perfecting their singing and dancing in demanding studio settings.
Some groups like BlackPink, BTS, TXT, and Aespa do not have many members. On the other side, there are some famous K-pop groups that have more than ten members. as everyone well knows that members are divided into different categories like Vocal, Main vocal, Main dancer, and Visual groups, which have a large count of members to gain an advantage over them.
We have listed 20 K-pop groups from NCT, which includes 23 members, to X1, with 11 members. These groups vary from Main Vocals to Main Dancers and Visuals. 1. NCT
Neo Culture Technology, often also known as NCT, is something new for a boy band. They are not limited in terms of how many members they may have. Taeyong, Taeil, Johnny, Yuta, Kun, Doyoung, Ten, Jaehyun, WinWin, Jungwoo, Lucas, Mark, Xiaojun, Hendery, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, YangYang, Shotaro, Sungchan, Chenle, and Jisung are the group’s current 23 members. Different sub-units are where NCT promotes. Currently, there are four sub-units: NCT U, NCT 127, NCT Dream, and WayV. They were created by SM Entertainment.
NCT U is a group made up of 10 members at the moment: Taeil, Taeyong, Doyoung, Ten, Jaehyun, Winwin, Jungwoo, Lucas, Kun, and Mark. The lineup of the group changes from time to time.
NCT 127, A fixed unit made up of Taeyong, Taeil, Johnny, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Winwin, Mark, and Haechan, all of whom are from Seoul. Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung are the current seven members of NCT Dream’s rotating lineup unit, which is made up of the group’s youngest members.
Some of their hit songs are 2 Baddies, Cherry Bomb, Favorite (Vampire), Designer, So Am I (feat. NCT 127), Kick It, Regular – English Version, Baby Don’t Like It, and many more.
2. Apeace
South Korean J-Pop group Apeace was managed by Golden Goose Entertainment. Double B 21 was their original moniker when they made their debut in the year 2010 as a group of 21 people. In 2011, they made a second appearance in Japan with their present name.
Lapis5, Jade5, and Onyx5 are the three separate sub-units that comprise the group’s current roster of 12 members. Their business declared that it would disband at the end of December 2021.
Ji Hyun-Sung, Ha Geon-Hee, Song Seung-Hyuk, Hong Sung-Ho, Jeong Young-Uk, Choi Si-Hyuk, Kim Wan-Chul, Kim Jin-Woo, Yun Jun-Sik, Kim Won-Sik, Choi Young-Won, and JD are the members of Apeace. They had many beautiful songs like “Holy Heaven.”
Holy Heaven is a song from the Feel So Good album. The article was released on November 20, 2019. They sing it in Korean too. The high notes are top-notch. But unfortunately, the group disbanded at the end of December 2021.
3. 14U
14U has a total of 14 members who debuted under BG Entertainment. The group was split into the Xplosive and Lucky sub-units, with BS, Esol, Loudi, Dohyuk, Hero, Gohyeon, and Gun in the former. Lucky contained Woojoo, Rio, Luha, Sejin, Hyunwoong, Eunjae, and Gyeongtae.
Before breaking up on May 10, 2019, the group made its debut on July 22, 2017. Following the termination of the contracts of 13 of the 14 members in May 2019, Esol announced on Fancafe that 14U had dissolved. The group had some famous songs like Compass, VVV, and Good Girl.
When the group was disbanding, the agency delivered a statement saying, The group would split up and go their ways after much deliberation between the agency and the members.
The members of 14U maintain a connection with one another not so close and the agency without the thought that they are unable to keep the name, and an understanding was reached to respect each member’s aspirations and future.
We want to thank the 14U members for their dedication to their shared goals and for working so hard in unison. The members chosen path will be supported and applauded, and we will make every effort to assist them.

4. Y-TEEN
All seven members of MONSTA X and seven members of the WJSN all together make the 14-person project group known as Y-TEEN, which was run by Starship Entertainment. Shownu, Wonho, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Jooheon, Seola, Exy, I.M, Soobin, Eunseo, Cheng Xiao, Yeoreum, and Dayoung were the members of the group.
On August 6, 2016, they made their debut with the song do Better. To come forward as CF models for their phone plan for teens, the group has teamed up with the mobile provider KT. One of their best songs includes Do Better.
But the group didn’t receive much recognization. And recently, it is not that famous among South Korean Citizens. But this group is unique as it consists of both Boys and Girls. as everyone knows, South Koreans, as well as International fans, don’t support Interaction between Male and Female groups. This group has broken stereotype mindsets among youth and adults.
5. Super Junior
The labels SJ and SM Entertainment are in charge of representing the 10-member boy band SUPER JUNIOR. On November 6, 2005, they performed “Twins (Knock Out),” the first single from their debut studio album Super Junior 05, for the first time on television on SBS’s Inkigayo. Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Siwon, Donghae, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun are the group’s members.
They have delivered several hit songs. Sorry Sorry, Bonamana, Mr. Simple, Sexy, Free & Single, No Other, Don’t Don, It’s You, Superman, and many more. Unfortunately, there will be no musical performance till the end of 2022. But fans need not be worried as the group is deciding to have a concert shortly.
6. Cosmic Girls
WJSN, also known worldwide as Cosmic Girls, a 13-piece female group, is under contract with Starship Entertainment and Yuehua Entertainment. The members of the group are EXY, Seola, Xuan Yi, Bona, Soobin, Luda, Dawon, Eunseo, Cheng Xiao, Mei Qi, Yeoreum, Dayoung, and Yeonjung.
They released their debut mini-album, “Would You Like?” on February 25, 2016. Some of their famous albums include WJ Please? , As You Wish, UNNATURAL, Neverland, Dream Your Dream, The Secret, For the Summer, and many more.
The online drama “My X Twenty” will include Luda, according to a September nineteen announcement by Luda’s management company King Kong by Starship. The statement from Starship also indicates attention and support from fans for Luda, who will be portraying Bae Nuri.

7. Up10tion
UP10TION, a 10-member boy band, is a TOP Media entity. They released their debut EP, Top Secret, on September 10, 2015. The title track of UP10TION’s second full-length album, Connection, “Spin-Off,” was released on June 14, 2021.
The member of the group is Jinhoo, Kuhn, Kogyeol, Jinhyuk, Bitto, Wooseok, Sunyoul, Gyujin, Hwanhee, and Xiao. White Night, Blue Rose, and What If Love are some of their songs.
UP10TION released Novella, their tenth mini album, on January 3, 2022. Jinhoo received his military release on May 22, 2022. According to a statement made on September 15, 2022, by TOP Media, UP10TION is getting ready to make a comeback and plans to drop a new album in October. Code Name: Arrow, UP10TION’s eleventh mini album, was released on October 12.
8. Xeno-T
Five-piece Hunus Entertainment boy band XENO-T had five members. On October 24, 2013, the short album Dogg’s Out was released, marking their official ToppDogg entry, which consisted of a total 13 number of members.
The name of the members is Hojoon, Sangdo, B-Joo, Xero, Sangwon, Seogoong, Kidoh, Gohn, Jenissi, P-Goon, Nakta, Hansol, and A-Tom. But only five of the members are active now, Hojoon, Sangdo, B-Joo, Xero, and Sangwon.
According to Hunus’ statement on February 21, 2018, the group would return under their new moniker, XENO-T. Sanggyu was not expected to join after discontinuing his work with JBJ. The word Xenogeneic Top-class is created from the combination of the two terms.
They came back on May 30, 2018, with “Doko ni Ite mo,” which had been released in Japan. On a Livestream somewhere in September 2021, Xero announced that the group had broken up. Some of their hit albums are First Street, Dogg’s Out, Arario, and The Beat.
9. Seventeen
Seventeen debuted under Pledis Entertainment. The thirteen members of the group include S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino. Some of their Hit songs include VERY NICE, HOT, CHEERS, Rock with you, and many more.
On May 26, 2015, the group released its first extended play, 17 Carat, which went on to become the longest-charting K-pop album in the US that year and the only debut album to top Billboard’s list of the “10 Best K-Pop Albums of 2015.”
Seventeen has released four studio albums, twelve EPs, and three reissues. With the members actively engaging in songwriting, choreographing, and many other facets of their music and performances, Seventeen is known as a “self-producing” idol group.
They are a single ensemble that performs as three separate units: hip-hop, vocal, and performance, each of which focuses on a certain genre. Numerous local and foreign media sites have crowned them as “Performance Kings,” “Theater Kids of K-Pop,” and “K-Pop Performance Powerhouse.”
10. i-13
Lime Music’s 13-person girl group called itself i-13. On October 18, 2005, they made their debut with their sole album, One More Time. The members of the group were Ja, Chuk, In, Myo, Mo, Jin, Sa, Oh, Mi, Sin, Yu, Sul, and Hae. But unfortunately, they disbanded after their first album.
There’s not only a single reason why the group disbanded. First of all, having 13 members in a group was affecting their food and rental. On top of that, Korean culture was not much used to more than 7 members of a group which didn’t cause them several exposures.
11. VARSITY
VARSITY, a 12-piece boy band, was produced by Jungle Entertainment. They had seven Korean and five Chinese members when GKC Entertainment created them and In Hi Media Ltd. They debuted on January 5, 2017, with the song “Round One,” their first single. The members’ names are Manny, Anthony, Jaebin, Xin, Damon, Kid, Junwoo, XiWeol, Seungbo, Dawon, Riho, and Yunho.
The five Chinese members of the sub-unit VARSITY-V made their debut in China on June 9. The group would be split into two for their upcoming activities, with only seven Korean members promoting VARSITY in their motherland as of September 7, 2018, it was reported.
On April 23, 2020, a digital single from their last album, “We’ll Meet Again,” was made available. But some of their songs include VARSITY, U R My Only One, Can you come out now?, Fly, Rollin, and Hole In One.
12. The Boyz
The Boyz, a South Korean boy band with 11 members, is managed by IST Entertainment. Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, New, Q, Juhaknyeon, Sunwoo, and Eric make up the group.
The group lost Hwall on October 22, 2019. On December 6, 2017, The Boyz made its debut under Cre.Ker Entertainment. The names of their albums are The First and The Start. She’s the Boss, The Sphere, All About You, Reveal, and many more.
The Boyz’s second Japanese extended play, titled She’s the Boss, was made available on May 27, 2022. This was the group’s first release under Universal Music IST. The Boyz’s “Sweet,” their second promotional song, was made available through Universe on June 17, 2022.
The Boyz released its eighth extended album, named Be Aware, on August 16, 2022. It was unpacked on August 30, 2022, that Sunwoo will cease operations owing to health concerns.
13. Loona
Haseul, Vivi, Yves, JinSoul, Kim Lip, Heejin, Hyunjin, Go Won, Choerry, Olivia Hye, and Yeojin make up LOONA’s current roster of 11 members. The organization is part of Blockberry Creative. With their lead single, “Hi High,” they made their debut on August 19, 2018.
Some of their songs are Why Not?, PTT, Heart Attack, Hi High, Flip That, Butterfly, So What, Not Friends, and Egoist. Member Chuu was removed from the group, and it was revealed on November 25, 2022.
The LOONA members HeeJin, HaSeul, YeoJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, Choerry, Yves, Go Won, and Olivia Hye filed injunctions on November 28, asking for the legality of their exclusive contracts with BlockBerryCreative to break. JTBC’s Entertainment News Team. With, HyunJin, and ViVi excluded, there are nine members in total.
The report states that the members brought the injunctions because they believed that BlockBerryCreative had betrayed their confidence to the level that it was challenging to carry on with business. Upon being asked for comment, BlockBerryCreative only stated that the story was untrue.
14. IZ*ONE
Produce48 on MNET, the third season of Produce 101, produced the female South Korean-Japanese group IZ*ONE with a total of 12 members. Japanese trainees from AKB48 and their other groups in Produce48 were joined by trainees from several labels in Korea.
Lee Chaeyeon, Jang Wonyoung, Miyawaki Sakura, Jo Yuri, Choi Yena, Ahn Yujin, Yabuki Nako, Kwon Eunbi, Kang Hyewon, and Honda Hitomi were the other members of the group. Panorama, Secret Story of the Swan, Sequence, La Vie en Rose, Violeta, Beware, FIESTA, AYAYAYA, and Up are some of their produced songs.
The group was handled jointly by Off The Record Entertainment from Korea and AKS from Japan. IZ*ONE made its debut on October 29, 2018, in Korea, and on February 6, 2019, in Japan. IZ*ONE received a promotion for two years and six months. They disbanded on April 29, 2021.

15. EXO
EXO is a popular South Korean Boy Band with a total of 12 members. The current members of the South Korean boy band EXO are Suho, Xiumin, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai, and Sehun. Lay announced his retirement from SM Entertainment on April 8, 2022, but no information has been provided about his potential future involvement with the EXO group.
Formerly, Kris, Tao, and Luhan were members. On April 8, 2012, SM Entertainment released EXO. Love Shot, Ko Ko Bop, Overdose, Growl, Monster, 지나갈 테니, The Eve, CALL ME BABY, and Lotto is some of their hists.
It seems logical that EXO has won several accolades and been nominated for several others, given their long and successful careers, which are soon to reach their ten-year milestone. The “Rookie of the Year” honor from the renowned Golden Disc Awards in 2013 was one of the boys’ earlier honors.
They won the Daesang, the highest accolade bestowed by GDA, the following year. EXO was known as the group that attended the Mnet Asian Music Awards with the most Daesang in 2018 by the Guinness Book of World Records. Before the Boy band, BTS debuted EXO as the most popular group at that time.
16. TREASURE
The 12 members’ group TREASURE is from the YG Treasure Box survival show. Choi Hyunsuk, Jihoon, Yoshi, Junkyu, Yoon Jaehyuk, Asahi, Haruto, Doyoung, Park Jeong-woo, and So Junghwan are the other members of the group.
Mashiro and Bang Yedam left the group, according to a November 8, 2022, Statement from YG Entertainment. The single album “The First Step: Chapter One,” released by the group on August 7, 2020, marked its debut. DARARI, VolKno, HELLO, and JIKJIN -KR ver are some of their productions.
On November 8, a notice was published on Weverse by YG Entertainment that Bang Yedam and Mashiho will leave the group that debuted in 2020 under YG Entertainment.
Choi Hyunsuk, Jihoon, Yoshi, Junkyu, Yoon Jaehyuk, Asahi, Doyoung, Haruto, Park Jeong-woo, and So Jung hwan are the other members of TREASURE. One of the founding members of TREASURE from their creation of the reality program competition Treasure Box had already left the group before their formal debut.
17. Wanna One
The top 11 competitors from Produce 101’s second season, Jisung, Sungwoon, Minhyun, Seongwoo, Jaehwan, Daniel, Jihoon, Woojin, Jinyoung, Daehwi, and Kuanlin, formed the group Wanna One.
On August 7, 2017, the group made its debut with YMC Entertainment and CJ E&M. Wanna One announced on May 31 that they were switching management companies to Swing Entertainment, which is just for Wanna One. On December 31, 2018, Wanna One was unfortunately disbanded.

18. IOI
IOI consists of a total of 11 members. Somi, Sejeong, Yoojung, Chungha, Sohye, Kyulkyung, Chaeyeon, Doyeon, Mina, Nayoung, and Yeonjung are the other members of IOI Very Very Very, Whatta Man, When the Cherry Blossoms Fade, DOWNPOUR, I Love You, I Remember You, and Crush are the names of some of their songs.
On May 4, 2016, the group made its debut with YMC Entertainment and CJ E&M. The IOI formally broke up on January 29, 2017.
It was exposed on July 1, 2019, that IOI would reunite in October 2019 with 9 members. Due to their schedule, Somi and Yeonjung would not attend the reunion. Studio Blu and Swing Entertainment are in charge of IOI at present.
19. Golden Child
Ten members make up Golden Child: Daeyeol, Y, Jangjun, Tag, Seungmin, Jaehyun, Jibeom, Donghyun, Joochan, and Bomin. Woollim Entertainment’s Golden Child made their debut on August 28, 2017, with the song “DamDaDi.” Jaeseok’s departure from the group was announced by Woollim Entertainment on January 6, 2018, citing health reasons.

20. X1
X1 was an eleven-member boy band that Stone Music Entertainment and Swing Entertainment were in charge of. FLASH, U GOT IT, Stand Up, MOVE – X1 Version, and I’m here for you are the songs they have released till now.
They were created through Mnet’s reality competition program Produce X 101, and on August 27, 2019, they made their public debut with the release of Quantum Leap, their debut mini album. Produce 101 was disbanded on January 6, 2022, as a result of the vote-rigging scandal since the member agencies could not reach an agreement.
