When we say all of that and when we look at what she does in the recent episode, the power she has seems absurdly strong. So we can guess there are some limitations to how we can use it, as we see that she doesn’t kill the Snake Devil girl or the Sword Guy with her, so you can assume that it does not work on people who are too strong or maybe people who have contracts with devils. It also raises the question of how Makima knew the names of all the shooters.
One more thing that fandom loves about the Chainsaw Man is that many powers and devils always seem pretty rationally thought out. Even the snake devil girl, who just kind of appeared in the last episode and felt incredibly overpowered, is shown to have her limitations and as her restrictions as far as homey times that she can use her abilities and what it takes to do so.
