The movie revolves around a group of friends who studied together at the University of Michigan in 1960 and met later when they were all successful and busy with their respective professional lives at their friend Alex’s funeral. Alex had committed suicide without any explanation, and this brought all the friends back together for a weekend at Harold and Sarah’s mansion, where the old friends spend some time with each other talking about life, relationships, the past, the present, and the future. The film takes us on a journey on how people and friendships change when people drift apart and get busy with their lives and how their behavior and ideals also change with time.
