This is a weird statement because this is a story about villains and Psykers fighting each other. Villain To Kill Chapter 98 starts with two people looking down the building as Black Sword goes to take down a Psyker. They were being called out by one of their other allies as he ran towards them screaming. He was worried that Cassian had gotten one of them in his schemes, and he must do something to stop whatever he was planning.
However, his thought was stopped abruptly as Cassian came running to them with a stoic expression on his face. He was grabbed by the other guy over what he had done to Moojin, that went missing. But to his dismay, it was one of Casian’s underlings that had gone down below and not Moojin.
We then move to two people throwing insults at each other over childish names, names that were Chunibyo-esque, but it doesn’t last long. The two soon start to fight each other as one of them is fighting with Heavenly Wind Sword wanting to defeat the strongest Villain. She got informed that the one she was fighting was not the strongest Villain in the vicinity, but she didn’t believe it.

Villain To Kill Chapter 99 will see Cassian saving his companion from Doctor Cook as he comes rushing in. Despite Doctor Cook’s name being meme material (the next chapter might as well be named Let Cassian Cook), he is a present threat. He swooped in the last chapter and captured Black Sword when she wasn’t paying attention during her fight with Heavenly Wind Sword.
Black Sword was caught in an awkward pose when Cassian came saving her, like a princess hanging to a prince. That aside, Cassian will take care of other villains and keep her in a safe place as soon as he can. Though, he will soon face to face with Heavenly Wind Sword as she realizes that Cassian is the top-level Villain Black Sword was talking about in the last chapter. Leading the two to fight in the last half of the chapter.
