Air Disasters Season 20 Episode 2, titled ‘Rookie Errors,’ aired on 06 August 2023 (Sunday). The forty-five minutes long episode showed how even the simplest mistake can lead to a big air crash. Not only amateurs but professional pilots also commit small mistakes and deadly rookie errors though they undergo years of training.
According to the stories in the second episode, New York City saw another American Airlines flight crash right after 9/11. Another showed how a mistake in the takeoff in Buenos Aires turned into a disaster, and the third story focused on an airplane stall above Buffalo in New York.

According to the third story, the deadliest aviation accident occurred in India when Kazakhstan Airlines Flight 1907 and Saudia Flight 763 collided in the air over Charkhi Dadri, Haryana, India. The Kazakh crew could not fly at high altitudes, and there was confusion in the conversation between them and the radio operator.
