Xenoblade Chronicles 2 – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition has officially launched, bringing a handful of new voice actors to the RPG while preserving the original performances from the Nintendo Switch release. The updated cast changes are tied to the game’s newly recorded content rather than replacing the original story dialogue.
Feliks Mathur now voices Zeke, replacing Daniel Barker for the new content. Sam Douglas takes over the role of Dromarch following the passing of original actor William Roberts in 2025, while Rich Keeble replaces Stanley Townsend as the Battle Narrator.
The Switch 2 Edition also introduces Momo, a brand-new Blade voiced by Sarah Pitard. The character previously appeared in the Xenosaga series, where she was voiced by Sherry Lyn in the first game and Cristina Pucelli in later entries.
Nintendo Everything notes that these casting updates apply only to the newly recorded material, including Momo’s questline. The original game’s voice performances remain unchanged throughout the main adventure, ensuring returning players experience the same story as it originally released.
