Let’s talk about To Become a Real Heroine! The Unpopular Girl and the Secret Task Episode 13 release date. A popular shoujo release of 2022 was To Become a Real Heroine The Unpopular Girl and the Secret Task or Heroines Run The Show. One of the main reasons why the title has become popular might be that it is rare to find the protagonist of an anime not to have conventionally attractive physical characteristics. Unlike most heroines, Hiyori from Heroines Run the Show has massive bushy brows and is short. She’s a figure that many young girls can relate to: awkward at times but loving and compassionate in all the right ways.
This story about Suzumi Hiyori is a girl from a small town who recently moved to Tokyo to attend high school. Her sole aim in life is to become a member of Japan’s Track Team and pursue her passion for running. Due to her family’s poor financial condition, she decides to take a part-time job as a Manager for two stubborn Idol members of the Lipxlip Idol Group, Yuujirou, and Aizou. These are also her classmates in High School. After sacrificing her hard-earned money for the sake of her dream, she takes a job as a Training Manager for two stubborn members of the Lipxlip Idol Group, Yuujirou.
To Become a Real Heroine! The Unpopular Girl and the Secret Task Episode 12 Review
This episode felt rushed. We thought we’d get a little more insight into Chizuru’s behavior, but there’s nothing here that even hints that she might have stalked. Instead, she and Hiyori enjoy a sexual reunion so the rest of the cast can watch the boys perform. There are several things in the epilogue that should have been in the show proper, not the least of which is Hiyori discovering that Mona has been an idol all along. We could have had an episode or two out of it, and we guarantee it would have been more entertaining than this dour stalking stuff.
As far as this scandal arc was concerned, it stretched Hiyori, Yujiro, and Aizo’s relationship to the breaking point. Once the cast started making long-winded comments about fans, they became mouthpieces rather than characters. In my view, it’s not necessarily wrong either for Heroines to branch out into more ambitious and contentious territory, but the writing and direction need to do better to reflect that level of complexity. We already mentioned the confused framing in last week’s episode, but this week is even more treacly given how much harm has been done and how much trust has been violated.

Also, We’ve always been pretty relaxed about the top-secret idol manager thing since, improbability aside, it was simply a way for these characters to have fun butting heads. That leniency is thrown out the window when Hiyori’s confession finally convinces Chizuru to forgive herself and reconcile with her friend. If that’s all it took, that undercuts the drama, and it makes the arc look frustrating rather than engaging.
This season took pains to illustrate the work idols and managers put into their careers. Nonetheless, this catastrophe boils down to managerial negligence, allowing a simmering resentment to simmer for the sake of pointless secrecy. As a result, the characters instead proclaim themselves to be good idols and loyal fans rather than addressing the issue.
