According to the documents, their marriage began on April 14, 2024, and they separated on September 22, 2024.
Though Karli and Simon’s recent marriage only lasted five months, the couple had been married before. Their previous marriage was annulled in Ventura County in February 2024, only to remarry less than two months later. Despite the short duration, the couple has two children together, Lena, 3, and Henry, 7 months.
Karli is seeking primary physical custody of their children and joint legal custody with Simon. She is also requesting spousal support and asking Simon to cover her attorney fees. Us Weekly has reached out to Simon for comment regarding the situation.

Teddi Mellencamp appeared to address the rumors of infidelity on her Instagram in December. She wrote, “The only person who can change your life is you. We have 2 options: pretend to be a victim or stand up and fight for yourself. We all deserve peace and happiness.” Mellencamp admitted to mistakes and apologized for her wrongdoings, emphasizing personal growth and accountability.
Mellencamp and Arroyave were married in 2011 and share three children: Slate, 12, Dove, 4, and Cruz, 10. Mellencamp is also a stepmother to Arroyave’s daughter, Isabella, 15, from his previous marriage.
