The third season of Resident Alien is set to premiere in early 2024, and Syfy has already made available the schedule for the television series, which includes the number of episodes in season 3 and the premiere date of the finale.
Chris Sheridan’s science fiction mystery comedy-drama series is based on the same-titled comic book series by Peter Hogan and Steve Parkhouse. When the Syfy program debuted in January 2021, critics gave it overwhelmingly positive reviews. Fans concurred that the show’s distinct humor, outstanding acting, and nuanced characters made for an incredibly engaging TV show.
Corey Reynolds as Sheriff Thompson, Elizabeth Bowen as Deputy Baker, Enver Gjokaj as Joseph Rainier, Linda Hamilton as General McCallister, Alan Tudyk as Harry Vanderspeigle, Alice Wetterlund as D’Arcy Bloom, and more are among the cast members of Resident Alien season 3.

Resident Alien Season 3’s Finale Release Date
Season 3 of Resident Alien will launch with its first episode on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at 10 p.m. ET. The Wednesday airing of the Syfy comedy-drama television series will continue until its April 3 finale.
Thus, before season 3 concludes in the spring of 2024, fans will have nearly two months of brand-new Resident Alien episodes starring the gifted Alan Tudyk as Harry Vanderspeigle to look forward to.
Regretfully, there are only eight episodes in Resident Alien season 3, as opposed to ten in season 1 and sixteen in season 2. It’s unclear why Syfy decided to reduce the number of episodes in the upcoming season.

After adopting the persona of a doctor, Tudyk’s character travels to a small town and starts acting out his plan. Over time, he begins to feel human emotions against his will, but when he meets the mayor’s son, who is able to see his true appearance, his plans become even more convoluted.
One day prior to the third season of Resident Alien debuting on Syfy, Netflix made the first two seasons of the show available for streaming. Thus, viewers can watch the older episodes on the streaming service to jog their memories of what happened before the new ones air.
Although it’s unclear when or if Netflix will add season 3, it’s most likely going to happen after the April 3 finale. Decider reports that Resident Alien season 3 will be available for Peacock streaming the following day for those who wish to watch but are unable to watch the episodes live.
