Talak Ratna, born on February 22, 1983, was the grandson of former Andhra Pradesh Prime Minister and TDP founder NT Rama Rao. He was also related to well-known actors Junior NTR and Kalyan Ram. Ratna began his acting career in the Okato film Kuradhu, directed by Kodandaramiredi, in 2002
