Dr Nowzaradan was seen discussing Seana’s weight with her as he assured her that he is willing to work with her if she managed to lose 50 lbs and worked towards her mental health issues that gave way to her eating addiction. Dr. Nowzaradan added that while it is indeed very hard when she is alone but she needs to decide if she wants to change her situation or continue walking on the same path as she was initially doing.

Seana Collins Opens Up About Her Health
While making an appearance on the show, Seana Collins admitted that she rather felt trapped most of the time because of how hard it is to move or to get around as she was heavily dependent on her caretaker to make her food. As Seana was one of the youngest women who participated in the show for her weight loss journey, Seana also revealed how she was physically and verbally abused by her father, who was struggling with drug addiction and, thus, suffered from a traumatic childhood that gave way to her eating addiction.
Seana went on to reveal how her weight gain was due to her eating addiction which he developed early in her childhood as she was later heavily bullied for it. Things got so bad for Seana that she was compelled to drop out of school and had a mental breakdown for which she had to be admitted to a hospital. She later met someone online, but the guy turned out to be a meth addict, which also made her situation all the more complicated.
