Who Killed Lucy Beale?

It was finally Ian who made the shocking discovery that it was none other than his wife Jane Beale who was involved in Lucy’s death. As Jane admitted her crime while revealing how she had moved Lucy’s body, and the real murderer was Lucy’s child half-brother Bobby.
As viewers make the big revelation in a flashback episode, it is shown that Jane returned and discovered how Bobby panicked as he admitted that he had accidentally hit Lucy over the head with her jewelry box in anger. However, Bobby admitted that he didn’t mean to kill her.
However, things became all the more complicated after Lucy’s former partner, Max Branning, was wrongfully arrested and sentenced for the death of Lucy. Max was later released after the real culprit who killed Lucy was discovered. As Bobby was found guilty of killing Lucy, he was soon sentenced to a young offenders institute and was later released in 2019. Bobby finally confessed his murderous crimes to everyone in the Queen Vic during Martin and Stacey’s wedding.
Viewers saw how Bobby was finally sentenced to three years in a young offenders’ institution. However, he later returned to Walford after being released from prison after his sentence was over. While Ian and brother Peter were not quite thrilled to see Bobby, it was his grandmother Kathy who welcomed him home.
Who Was Lucy In EastEnders?
Lucy Beale was introduced as Ian Beale (played by actor Adam Woodyatt) and his then-wife Cindy’s daughter. She was also the twin sister of Peter Beale. Lucy is shown as a troubled kid who had a tumultuous life on the show with cheating in her GCSEs, multiple relationship troubles, and more.
The character has been played by four different actresses during her time on the show. Eva Brittin-Snell played the role from 1993 to 1996, and later, Casey Anne Rothery took over the role from 1996 to 2004. Melissa Suffield played the role of Lucy from 2004 to 2010. It was Hetti Bywater, who played the role from 2012 until the character died in 2015.
