Fans were in for a huge shock after reality television star Lizzy Musi announced that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. Musi has opened up about her health condition at length on her Youtube Channel as she revealed that she had been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer while further adding how the first sign of cancer that was noticed was a marble-sized lump in her breast.
Lizzy further revealed how when she had a breast augmentation around two years ago and later also had a revision surgery after that. The television star revealed that it was after it was almost six months later when she noticed the lump and initially thought that it was nothing and thought it was scar tissue.
The television star further informed fans that the size of the lump had exceeded from marble-sized to 3 cm. Soon Lizzy went back to the doctor, and it was after some tests and a biopsy were done, the doctors confirmed that Lizzy had cancer. She revealed that it is rather an aggressive form of cancer and that admitted that when she received the news, she felt numb, and now cancer has spread to her lymph nodes and her liver, and Musi is due to start chemotherapy very soon.

Lizzy Musi Opens Up About Her Diagnosis
Lizzy Musi stated how she was always asked at the OBGYN whether she has a history of breast cancer in her family. The race car driver recalled how she always told the doctors that she did have a history of breast cancer in her family but that she felt like it was often overlooked.
The 32-year-old television star further admitted that she wants to have children in her life, but now that the cancer is spreading faster, she is not sure if that is an option for her anymore. Music revealed how she did not have enough time to freeze her eggs before starting chemo as she had to wait another seven to 10 days for that.
Lizzy added in the Youtube video that she is looking forward to raising awareness for breast cancer throughout her journey. Musi admitted that she is praying so that she can be strong while thanking her friends and fan followers for their unconditional love and support as she navigates through this tough time.
Is Lizzy Musi Engaged?
Lizzy Musi is reportedly married to Kye Kelley. The two have been together since 2017 and later got engaged in July 2021 after Kye popped the question at a racing event. The two first crossed paths at a PDRA exhibition race as someone had been a customer at Pat Musi’s shop, who played Cupid between the two, along with Musi’s dad. At that time, Kye was married to Alisa Mote before he began dating Lizzy.
The two got engaged on a rather eventful day, as it was the same day when the television star was involved in a severe crash at a racing event. Both of them are racers, as Lizzy has been a regular cast member since its launch back in 2013. The couple also runs their merchandise shop.
