Grey’s Anatomy Season 12 Episode 9 contains several emotional moments. So, get ready with a tissue paper box. In the beginning, Meredith teaches the anatomy class and gets interrupted by an email.
Meredith, Alex, and Maggie come across a traffic jam while going to work. It was due to a road accident. After the patients arrive at the hospital, Dr. Meredith, Dr. Ben, and Dr. Penny start working on ‘Lou,’ a patient found in a road accident that requires a neurological consult.
Meredith has a friendly chat with Lou in the trauma room. But Lou gets a seizure. He gets up with partial consciousness and slams Meredith into the walls. She falls unconscious. Penny calls for help when she finds Meredith on the floor.
Introduction To Lou

Dr. Alex discovers that Meredith is not deaf anymore when she laughs at his joke. Lou has recovered and has been discharged. He is also ready to apologize, but Meredith refuses to meet him. Merdith’s children get shocked to see their mom in this condition.
Dr. Webber takes her out in the fresh air. There, he explains to her the power of forgiveness. After coming back to the room, she gets ready to meet Lou. Lou comes with his wife and children and offers a sincere apology. Though Meredith cannot talk, she holds Lou’s hand, indicating forgiveness.
Not just Lou but Meredith gets ready to forgive Derek, Penny, and herself. Talking about Amelia, Meredith does not seem to be too angry. However, she asks for some time to forget the bad memories related to Amelia.
Later, Meredith thanks Alex for helping her but sends him to Dr. Jo Wilson as she needs Alex more than Meredith does. Finally, at the end of the episode, Meredith gets reunited with her children.
