Villains Of Valley View Season 2 Episode 14 – Recap
The series focuses on a family of villains living in Texas posing as normal workers to avoid coming on the authority’s radar and getting caught.
The previous episode witnessed Eva roping the family into helping at a Halloween party due to Amy’s desire to see the Cruddy Lip’s final concert. While at the concert, Amy finds a jukebox playing the song “Monster Town” that is responsible for the disappearances of several people.
Amy is crestfallen with what befell her concert; she and Hartley get transported into an alternate reality where she discovers Jake’s vampire version and Colby’s mummy version.
While in the alternate reality, Hartley and Amy meet Cecilia’s version, known as the Good Witch, who informs them about being a part of the Monster Town.
Cecilia explains to the duo that they need to find the two halves of the enchanted vinyl record, with one half being Frankenstein’s possession and the other half being in the position of a swamp creature.
She further explains to them that if they fail to bring the two pieces of the Vinyl record to Good Witch in time for her to put it back together, then they will be stuck in Monster Town forever.
Meanwhile, Jake’s mummy version takes Amy to Eva’s swamp version, who traps them to get herself an alligator, while the Vampire takes Hartley into Frankenstein’s lab, which turns out to be Vic’s version in the alternate reality.
After Hartley tries to ask Frankenstein for half of the Vinyl record in his possession, he refuses to give it to her, so she offers to play Monster-monopoly with him.
Meanwhile, at the swamp, Mummy rips his arm off to untie Amy so she can get the vinyl record half. Amy starts to nurture the swamp lady to get her to hand over the half as she reveals to Amy that the record is her only connection to the outside world. After several attempts to please the swamp lady into giving up the record, Amy snatches it up.
Meanwhile, Hartley tells Frankenstein to give up the Vinyl as he won’t be able to turn back into a human with the record. Throughout the episode, Amy and Hartley try to get the two halves together and finally succeed in returning to their world before Amy permanently destroys the jukebox.
