Villain To Kill Chapter 107 will have two new characters on the trail of Cassean and his group. Cassean knows who these people are, or at least one of them, a former student he once raised and trained when in his old body. Cassean hadn’t given much thought to what to do with them when their paths crossed.
For now, a lot has been going on in the series as the reputation of MC has skyrocketed since the events of the last arc. Though, it is in the last one or two chapters that Cassean returns to the main story, for the story focuses on the female lead that had started to fall for him in the previous chapters.
Cassean isn’t aware of this, but he doesn’t care about such stuff. She isn’t aware of it but doesn’t care about such things either. Both of them are objective focused and are more likely to engage during a mission than outside. Though, when they did cross paths, it would be Cassean that won’t be able to recognize her, as he doesn’t know her true identity.

Villain To Kill Chapter 106 starts with two characters talking to each other, two high-rank psykers coming from the US. They won’t be much against MC in the long run, but nameless characters are good for exposition. And we learned that these characters are two of the best from that country, making them look strong.
But, their character design was far from being American. They didn’t have that American vibe to them that made them stand out in the room. But it may be due to the manhwa having too many characters and being ahead that the character is hard to establish with just design alone. Not to mention, the story is far ahead with over 100 chapters, so the characterization with design is a hard task, no doubt.
Although, there was one of them that was raging at the nameless characters for being late because she had shown up earlier. It was a weird scenario, but it was what it was. The main thing to take note of was the fact that one of the Americans knew one of the characters from the South Korean side. And they seemed to go way back with a lot of histories, as they discussed later in the chapter.

Villain To Kill Chapter 107 will have Cassean and co-working out on who to target from the seven, as they had their strategy now they needed a target. The only two characters that came up among the seven were the witch we saw a few chapters earlier and the anonymous leader of the group.
We will then be brought to the place where two super-powered people went and decided to get a villain out. How they do it is more villainous than the one they are trying to get, one of them would be creating litter to get the villain out. But this just means that they will be biting the dust in the upcoming chapters soon after they start causing a ruckus in the vicinity.
