Tyler Perry’s Sistas is about to feature one of the most intense episodes of this season. With Hayden confronting Fatima and Karen deciding to buy the building that Brian told her about, this friend group will be making some life-changing decisions in the next episode.
Sistas is a comedy-drama that centers on a group of friends living in the city. Andi, Karen, Danni, and Sabrina are best friends who stay with each other despite whatever drama comes into their lives.
After 6 seasons, each friend is busy creating an empire of their own while still meeting up once in a while to share their problems. Sistas was popular enough to have its spin-off, Zac and Fatima, which centers on a couple from the main show.
For the 6th season, the returning cast of Tyler Perry’s Sistas consists of KJ Smith in the role of Andi, Ebony Obsidian plays Karen, Novi Brown plays Sabrina, and Mignon Von plays the role of Danni. DeVate Ellis and Crystal Renee Hayslett will also return in their roles of Zac and Fatima.
Tyler Perry’s Sistas Season 6 Episode 20: Recap
Danni goes back to her home only to find Preston still waiting for her. He gets mad at her for leaving him for so long. Danni doesn’t even open the present that Preston had gotten for her earlier that day.
Zac and Fatima are called to Heather’s place since the neighbors reported hearing screams coming from the house. When they reach there, they see that Heather has injured her wrist, and she claims it was on accident. Heather demands Zac and Fatima to leave and assures them that Michael is alright.
Heather’s neighbor offers to help Zac get Michael back in custody. Brian calls Karen and asks her to meet to discuss new plans for the shop. Since he had kids who were now all grown up, Brian also wanted to give Karen some old toys and clothes for her baby.
Karen lets Fatima know that her contractor has offered her clothes and toys that they can use for Michael. Things between Preston and Danni get worse as he asks her if she is sleeping with a guy at work. Danni denies it, but Preston still feels she doesn’t truly love him nor could ever fall in love with him.
Danni agrees with what he says, and then Preston leaves Danni out of frustration. Jordan called Andi and apologized for the previous night. He also tries to invite her for dinner, but Andi just postpones it. Karen shows up at the right time and helps Andi deal with the aftermath of the betrayal.
Andi writes Karen a check for her shop and trusts Karen enough to know that she will pay her back when she’s financially stable. Karen then met up with Brian, the contractor, who let her know that she could also invest her money in a new building instead of renting the current one.
This would allow Karen to have control over her shop and not worry about any pending rent by the end of the month. Brian also gives her the toys that he had told her about.

Karen, Andi, and the others will be returning with another episode of Sistas set to air on December 20th, 2023. All-new episodes of Tyler Perry’s Sistas come out on Wednesdays, with each episode having a run time of 60 minutes.
