Throne of Seal: Series Recap

Previously, in Throne of Seal, we see Han Yu having a conversation with his grandfather and finally realizing that his grandfather had done everything for him in order for Han Yu to realize his priorities and become a better warrior.

Han Yu resented his grandfather for how he had treated him, but he thanked him for making him realize what he truly holds important and the people he wants to protect now. Han Yu’s grandfather is moved by his words, and he hands over the Ring of Inheritance to Han Yu, which contains all the secret techniques passed down to the family.

Han Yu’s grandfather hopes that Han Yu will continue on his righteous path and shield the people important to him in the most adverse of times. Hao Chen, Han Yu, and the rest of the Demon Hunting Team No. 1 assemble together, and they try to come up with a plan that will allow them to move further.

They finally decide to hold a party and invite the Demon Hunting Group No. 4 over, get their leader drunk, and form an alliance with them. The alliance would help their team to level up faster and reach the General level so they are able to pick up more difficult quests.

At the Alliance Office, Hao Chen and his team arrive and ask the official to help them get to the General level. The officer is dismissive since it had been only three months since the team had been formed, but he is shocked that they had already gained 40,000 merits.

The team members were all level 5 and above, and he sent them to take a test to evaluate their strength as a team. The team wins, and they are finally promoted to the General Level, becoming the youngest team to achieve this great feat so far.
